In response to the European Commission's recent positions on critical raw materials, several European associations sent an open letter on 5 October to Vice-President Maros Sefcovic.
In this letter, the associations Cerame-Unie, Eurogypsum, Euromines, Euroroc, EUSALT and IMA Europe list the arguments that contribute to the joint position to welcome and encourage both the Action Plan for Critical Raw Materials and the launch of the European Alliance for Raw Materials (ERMA). The availability of signatory associations to support, within the scope of their competences, the implementation of the referred action plan is also reaffirmed.
